Our country this week made history that was noticed by all nations of the world.  The election of Barack Obama on November 4, 2008 was viewed as a milestone in race relations and a turning point towards the beginning of healing  that should have been addressed long ago.

We must go forward in unity, taking small steps each day towards a making our nation,  in these times of economic strains we are all experiencing,  in this, the "greatest nation" of the world.  But we must include God!

Let us never forget that all power and authority is given from God and God alone.  We need to pray for the transition of power and cooperation of both administrations.  But mostly,  we need continued prayer for our nation and  God's will towards it.
